Help with roids

So for an outline of my current physique/frame rn, I'm 6'1 and 94kg (fat asf ik) at 18. realistically around 18-21%bf. I'm a size 34-36 waist it depends on how bloated I am and my bidelt is roughly 20 inches if not mistaken (I just measured with my phone across from one shoulder to other and it fits just a little less than 3 and a half times) My shoulders are still broader than my waist even though I have love handles

I used to gymcel from 15-17 but quit like a cuck cus of a foid and put on lots of weight. I've been gymcelling again for around 3 months and lost around 9kgs but it was mainly water weight.

I want to get lean, possibly grow another inch if possible, have broader shoulders and bone growth in face esp brow ridge and maxilla.

please let me know what I should hop on including any sups, sarms or wtv.

I think that it was inaccurate then because I frame mog 95% of ppl at school

I live in malaysia but my dads australian and my mom's ukrainian/kazakh, I would assume that my bidelt is wider than that then and I just didn't measure properly because i'm noticeably wide but not like chad frame. I'm not geomaxxed also I just live in this shithole for my dad's work and im a senior in highschool. I also go to an international american school so theres quite a lot of whites which I still framemog not just subhuman natives

thats good, start test to improve ur frame then do pct

when u truly plateu start running test at 250 then at me or confused bolivian. for advice he prob. knows more than me.
 
if you do anything do only test, sub 400mg or less and truely research and look into pct's so you don't shrink balls for rest of life, read posts on thinksteroids.com will give you much more safe and moderate answers(VERY IMPORTANT FOR ROIDS). People on this form wont like it but even on it gains and stuff will take time, make a plan and stick to it don't swap cycles and take a whole bunch of different crap.

Hopping on roids won’t help you lose fat in any meaningful way. Steroids will primarily help you build muscle or maintain muscle while losing weight, but your primary goal should be to lose fat at this point. I would look into Semaglutide or Tirzepitide instead. Roids will also prevent you from growing more if you use a SERM alongside it to manage e2 as it will close your growth plates.
