Help with sleep

I am having sleep issues

I cant fall asleep even if im tired

I have tried valerian, magnesium, chamomile tea, mk677, all wont do shit

could this be because of growing? hormones?

Any1 got a sleep stack?

I sometimes get that.
Solution is to suffer. Eventually you will fall asleep.

Yeah like this goes on for a week or month and i start sleeping very good but it comes back sometimes
