Help with stye????

I have had a stye in my left eye for like a month
At first it was red and bigger now it went down but my left eye lid is still noticeably bigger and I can see stuff in side
It is not removing it self
What do I do

If its lasted a month its not a stye anymore, its a Chalazion ( just a blocked oil gland essentially) .You will need to go see an eye specialist/optometrist to get it removed.
