Help with sun damage

This is around 5 years of sun damage not only is my hands and arm affected but also my face, neck lower torso and legs are too need genuine fixes have been wearing long pants and sleeves for this whole year pretty much and been consistent on sunscreen the past 12 or so weeks and this photo was taken not even a week ago

Its adisease that forms when ge3tting older, u uhad it as a kid too, but it now gets larger, it will disappear in winter and probably happened because the skoin there is more thick and the sun couldnt reach the melatonin because it was disrupted in this area. If u use sunscreen next year then it will be minimized, happened to me too, went to a skin doc
