one falio is your teeth, improving your teeth will make a much bigger difference than you would expect, by a noticable amount

I cant really make em bigger like that some orthodontics would help tho. I want a palate expander (with braces obv) since i only have the 6 tooth smile. but now that ive got plates on the maxilla so idk whats feasible. i could do some whitening i guess

you can with veneers (absolutely never do the type where they shave your teeth to a nub though they are the retarded version and destroy your teeth, theres much less invasive versions of veneers where its put onto your original teeth)

I wouldnt worry about palate expansion, having your smile filled out would look good but is low ROI, straight white teeth will be enough for a big improvement and veneers especially

I have the same palate size as you but with perfect white straight teeth it makes a extremely big difference, I get compliments from women and men on it often, your perceived hygiene and health indicators and youth indicators shoot up with a set of perfectly straight and sized white teeth, very good ROI and not insignificant at all definitely a underrated central feature, your smile contributes heaps when it comes to greeting someone for the first time, women, business, sales, perceived trustworthyness, health indicators, youth indicators and perceived hygeine

yeah mb I wasnt sure how to phrase it given how little knowledge i have on the field but lets say turkey(though idk how good they can get there) or smr like canada and im unsure about the typing but smt like the ones that fit ontop of teeth and yeah emax

as for a full chin wing, well there's plenty of examples but most of the cases are of adding height & width to the entire mandible rather than just adding height at the back and keeping the chin the same.

The alternative being implants, and ofc you've already seen jaw implants, so just imagine something similar to a wrap around that keeps the front the same while adding ramus length.

Not sure if you got jaw implants already or if you just have plates but yeah.

I've found a surgeon that did what your morph did. my jaws not bad, so this isn't something i'm even considering right now, but it looks like the photo you posted isnt too far off from a real world example
