help with the plan

hey, I'm starting to lose my mind. every doc I have consultation with says something different (erol cansiz, eren pera, alfaro).

so far, I'm planning to go with eren pera. (his proposed plan is ready)

so I need some feedback on my surgery plan, from those who are knowledgeable (preferably who can do morphs and simulations) (would be willing to pay).
