My “smile lines” hold me back so much in regular lighting like outside and such and i feel as if it’s a combination of my fat pads being to big on my medial fat pad and weaker ligaments in the face that are helping the fat stay supported which gives me a terrible midface structure and this also correlates to my eye hollowness. Any recommendation on what could be done? Been looking at threads from orc about his pdo threads and if anyone knows how to diy pdo threads link me to it if it’s to much of a risk i’ll just go pay for it. Also the lighting in this photo doesn’t show my folds as much.

yea been thinking about doing fat grafting for under eyes but will it even be super beneficial for the folds if my medial fat pad is what’s causing it, i naturally hold more fat in this fat pad and it sags down and forward and mask my cheekbones a bit

Did you find a solution? I am considering Aqualyx but Idk
just from what i’ve done on my own research my fat pads sit lower then what most people do so they sag down a bit and creates hollowness and slight nasolabial folds, i’m scheduled for a consultation as of rn to get an expert opinion on it, more then likely i’ll get pdo threads to lift my malar fat pads up which will help my nasolabial folds and hollowness and might do a hint of filler in the tear trough area for a better more smooth transition
