Help with workout plan

I need a 3x full body split gym routine, what exercises do I do so I don't miss anything but also don't waste time?
 
Shoulder press, lat pulldown, bench press, row, biceps and triceps, squat, switch between leg extensions and leg curls.

Shoulder press ; yes
Lat Pulldown ; yes absolutely
Bench Press ; huge no, do incline dumbbell press
Lateral raises ; get wide son
Row ; I would recommend cable machine rows
Biceps and Triceps ; exercises of your choice
Legs ; if you must have then leg extension and hamstring curls
Cardio (yes you should do your 30 mins cardio) ; heavy incline, slow pace to finish your legs and target the calves
