Just don’t eat a lot of them at once I think like a very little of them is enough for calciumyeah or you can bake them to kill the bacteria and get rid of all the moisture to make it easier to grind

just not stored well, and we don't all equally react to these bacteria, some need more salmonella to get sick, I need just a tad bit, I am pretty sure that if I even like touched a raw egg's shell and touched my tongue afterwise many times, I would get sickProbably not a good source
