HELP: Would A2 whole milk be a good substitute for raw milk?

Not to educated on this, so please help

if u want high calcium, grind one eggshell into fine powder and have that. it has more calcium than 3 cups of milk.
also fuck raw milk. there is no significant benefits than normal pasteurized milk. yeah it probably has a bit more enxymes and bacteria. but u have a massive chance of getting some disease if its not sourced/stored right. if u want gut enzymes. have kefir

U have to boil the eggshell first, then grind them and turn them into powder

yeah or you can bake them to kill the bacteria and get rid of all the moisture to make it easier to grind

can confirm, got Salmonella.

yeah or you can bake them to kill the bacteria and get rid of all the moisture to make it easier to grind
Just don’t eat a lot of them at once I think like a very little of them is enough for calcium

Probably not a good source
just not stored well, and we don't all equally react to these bacteria, some need more salmonella to get sick, I need just a tad bit, I am pretty sure that if I even like touched a raw egg's shell and touched my tongue afterwise many times, I would get sick
