You should check for deviated septum and book a surgery if it's too bad. Shave the moustache, get rid of the acne by eating properly and maybe isotret if it becomes too much. For the eyebrows minoxidil/castor oil in your case. Get a better haircut. Your hair texture looks a bit weird here or unwashed, not sure exactly. Leave the beard like that for now. Microneedling to get rid of the acne scars, at a clinic if you don't know what you're doing or if you prefer that. And sleep if you haven't slept in 2 days
