i can run you through the software and send you the ratios, send a front and side, and also make sure to take it in the mirror. 2 meters away and have the phone at eye level and on 2x zoom, also use the back camera.

yeah i kinda messed it up i made one longer and one shorter but the ratio seems accurate, but its more your eye shape, i think if you squint the ratio would be better

Last question how do I fix my lower third ? Just fix chin to philturm ?

no it's not just as easy as fixing your chin to philtrum. also, if you fix your jaw/chin, your chin to philtrum would be corrected, but your chin and jaw are pretty bad. there isn't a definitive way to fix it, and it also depends on your age. the real, actual, definitive way would be surgical.
