These are the supplements I want to start taking to try to improve and look better. Do you recommend anything else anything that could help me in general, as long as it’s not peptides or anything aggressive

Vitamin D3 + K2

citrulline malate
Zinc
Pantothenic Acid
L-LYSINE

and what can i take , i do the basic things
From this whole list, the only things I can take away are creatine and vitamin D3(If you live in latitudes where there is little sun). Otherwise, just eat food. You'll spend a ton of money on vitamins, but you could spend it on food.

I just want you to know that 98% of vitamins and supplements are just placebos.

And what can I spend my money on instead of these supplements? The thing is, I don’t want to take something that might affect me later, but I do want to change and look better. I already eat well, exercise, drink plenty of water, and sleep well
