He needs a high cut trimax with ccw rotation to improve his side profile like in the following morph:

Tried to keep it realistic, though keep in mind morphs only represent possible results, always take them with a grain of salt.

I agree with this assessment.
Looks like OP has a negative orbital vector as well and could benefit from some conservative infraorbital rim implants.
