I can't get rid of these acne spots, I want help in all aspects, especially in relation to diet.

I had shit acne and used Accutane and was left with clear skin with a fuck ton of acne scars, thankfully my parents and dermatologist agreed to let me get a laser procedure done on my face and my skin was so much better, also for diet if you are willing you could just cut out the junk
