Using a face wash is a waste of money, it will not improve your skin as it's only goal is to clean your skin - which is unnecessary marketing considering you wash your face twice a day, why? Every cleanser takes away your natural skins barrier to some degree, even the gentlest ones, inorder to clean your skin properly it needs to strip your skins barrier to some degree

"B-but how will I kill acne causing bacteria!" Be for real, your acne was never caused by some bacteria, hop on accutane or start tret, benzoyl peroxide cleansers are a disaster for your natural skin barrier, im sure you've noticed too. You need to prioritize your skin barrier if you want a healthy looking skin

Spend the money you were going to use for a cleanser on a good serum instead, wash face with water only

I was gonna add that but I forgot, only people with oily face should use a cleanser people with normal to dry skin shouldn't touch it.
