• surgery, especially of a high quality and one with a large impact, is vastly expensive and simply isn’t attainable for 90% of people. also, if you want to take it this far, the subhumans that need surgery will have a poorer quality of life and have been shown to be paid less on average. with low esteem, a likely low salary and insane surgery costs that are just going to continue to get higher, surgery is likely not going to be an option.
• surgery is still likely to leave you botched or with minimal results. for example, take frank tufano or this ‘looksmaxxer’ that got: maxillofacial surgery, clavicle lengthening, limb lengthening and other smaller surgeries just to look terrible. a lot of surgeries aren’t even that advanced yet and these individuals have a lot of money regardless. frank has literally been to several top doctors and still looks shit. the risk of death, permanent disfigurement and sup-optimal results is high.
• if your genetics place you low on the PSL scale, there is only so much that you can gain from surgery as you are limited by such a poor genetic base. if you end up becoming more attractive, there will be tons of guys that are just as good looking or better. the point is that girls would rather date a HTN that hasn’t had surgery rather than one that has. to them its subconsciously a falio to have surgery as they instinctively want someone with a naturally attractive face.
• also, a lot of things simply cannot be fixed by surgery. how would you fix a 3 inch micropenis? how would you fix being 5’3? how would you fix severe eye-spacing issues? you could maybe end up with 4.5 inches (at a push), potentially a final height of 5’6 or 5’8 with lifts and eyes that still look bad. you’ll improve your attraction but still won’t be attractive or above average.
• attraction is a bell curve for a reason. the whole point that an attractive person is valued is because they are somewhat rare. if everyone was a chad, this would all collapse. just accept your natural position on this bell curve and understand that you can slightly shift your position up a few points, but it won’t do much and can carry significant risks and have limitations.
