• surgery, especially of a high quality and one with a large impact, is vastly expensive and simply isn’t attainable for 90% of people. also, if you want to take it this far, the subhumans that need surgery will have a poorer quality of life and have been shown to be paid less on average. with low esteem, a likely low salary and insane surgery costs that are just going to continue to get higher, surgery is likely not going to be an option.

• surgery is still likely to leave you botched or with minimal results. for example, take frank tufano or this ‘looksmaxxer’ that got: maxillofacial surgery, clavicle lengthening, limb lengthening and other smaller surgeries just to look terrible. a lot of surgeries aren’t even that advanced yet and these individuals have a lot of money regardless. frank has literally been to several top doctors and still looks shit. the risk of death, permanent disfigurement and sup-optimal results is high.

• if your genetics place you low on the PSL scale, there is only so much that you can gain from surgery as you are limited by such a poor genetic base. if you end up becoming more attractive, there will be tons of guys that are just as good looking or better. the point is that girls would rather date a HTN that hasn’t had surgery rather than one that has. to them its subconsciously a falio to have surgery as they instinctively want someone with a naturally attractive face.

• also, a lot of things simply cannot be fixed by surgery. how would you fix a 3 inch micropenis? how would you fix being 5’3? how would you fix severe eye-spacing issues? you could maybe end up with 4.5 inches (at a push), potentially a final height of 5’6 or 5’8 with lifts and eyes that still look bad. you’ll improve your attraction but still won’t be attractive or above average.

• attraction is a bell curve for a reason. the whole point that an attractive person is valued is because they are somewhat rare. if everyone was a chad, this would all collapse. just accept your natural position on this bell curve and understand that you can slightly shift your position up a few points, but it won’t do much and can carry significant risks and have limitations.

i would love to do surgery on you. private surgery. i won't even charge you. i'll fit you right up. without anesthesia. i'll start with eyelid surgery and then i'll sort your nose right out. and then i'll bonesmash your jaw with a hammer preparing you for the jaw implant i'll provide you. and a little limb lengthening surgery.
i'll make you right as rain child.
honestly then i'd just love to tie you up and make you a human centipede. if i don't have any other forum members, it will just be between two sewage pipes if that makes sense.

you know, what i really want to do to you, from that movie seven? i want to pay a male escort and have him round, dose him up to the gills on viagra, inject his dick with that erection formula. and then put a gun to his head, tie a knife to his dick, and tell him if he wants to live he has to make love to you, nice and slow like. you won't be getting up again. but it'll be a wild ride while it lasts cowboy.

all the best and best of luck friend!

Cope, all that matters if you're a HTN or not
why’s the bald guy not htn despite his several high-risk surgeries from experienced surgeons?

why’s frank tufano not htn of his poor eye area was holding him back?

why will you never be a htn? are you not dedicated enough?

What else is there to do?
You said it yourself, life is fucking shit, at least with surgery Copium you don’t just immediately end it. Might be more of a curse than a blessing in the long run.

also, if you want to take it this far, the subhumans that need surgery will have a poorer quality of life and have been shown to be paid less on average. with low esteem, a likely low salary

You have no idea what you are talking about. " surgery is still likely to leave you botched or with minimal results." Most cosmetic procedures are locked in and have a very high rate of sucess and very low chance of severe damage. To say that most surgery is likely to leave you botched or with minimal results is very foolish. This might be true if you go to a surgeon in mumbai. Surgery is the most drastic thing you can do for your face and if you go to a surgeon with a concrete plan it is very possible to make meaningful changes. with low risk. For Frank Tufano's case he got multiple high risk procedures at once which led to his results. "surgery, especially of a high quality and one with a large impact, is vastly expensive and simply isn’t attainable for 90% of people." Most cosmetic surgeries are under 10K, even if you were to get multiple procedures, it would total to less than 35k~. That's realistically not that much money, if you get a competent job and save up for a 2-3 yrs it's not that hard. Maybe you're just broke as fuck idk
