Herniated 3 discs by being a retard at the gym

So yeah I was at the gym and I started with 50kg deadlift, I went up to 100 which is also pretty easy weight for me, when I lifted it I felt slight backpain. I slowly went up to 245kg and when I lifted it i felt like my back was breaking. Ofc I as a retard didnt stop and went up to 270 and when I lifted it I felt sharp ass pain in my leg and back. I go to the doctor they check some shit do x-ray and say I herniated 3 discs in my fucking spine:lul: so now I have extra 4 months of time to rot on .org and get 5000 posts:feelshah:

Deadlifting is lwk not worth it if your not trying to powerlift.

Damn, you're strong. I maxed out at 235kg and never really deadlift that much after it.
