6’0, 64kg and just turned 15

this is now, i have really much fat and i am skinny fat, really been struggling with aniexty and eating disorders.

this was me 3 months (was more skinny) sorry couldn’t find any other pic

And this was me 1.3 years ago, (braces gave me much more forward growth since) here i was pretty skinny but with face fat because i just was about 14 here

I want to take mk 677 but im scared it will have side effects or give me diabetes. Should i wait for surgery or just take it?
