6 ft and 178 lbs currently
 
Would you recommend anything to aid in that?
Theres actual threads but the main thing is

- Drink lots of water
- Daily exercise/walk increase heart rate
- Sun exposure
- Absolutley no processed foods or maccas or overly salted things
- Rub an ice cube on your face before leaving house

Got it thanks man already drinking a lot of water and I’m hitting the gym consistently I’m based in FL so the sun thing is pretty covered definitely focusing on diet and the ice thing then
