But i dont know a shit about Hgh dosage cuz one guy says that 4 iu’s is the maximum the other one says that you should take 15 iu’s a day minimum and what should I take to minimize side effects and how long should I cycle? Dad 185 mom 167 me 176

take 8+ ius. below that is useless and js a natural dose. 12-15ius is prolly the best
