take 8+ ius. below that is useless and js a natural dose. 12-15ius is prolly the best

- height -> you will grow with time 176 at 14 is TALL
- less bf -> you shouldn't try to be 7%bf shredded at 14 because it will hinder your natural growth
- more vascularity -> mostly genetics and low bf, so as i said you will care about this in 3-4 years and truthfully you will certainly not care about it at all
- more frame -> go to the gym, do lateral raises 2 times a week, upright row 2 times a week, incline bench and rear delt fly and you will enventually grow 3D delts NATURAL

brah don’t listen to these retards tryna nerf you the only reason they’re saying no is because they’re jealous they didn’t start early and it’s over for them take hgh 12-15IU, arimidex .5mgED, retatrutide 2mg everyday 5 days, testosterone 300mg E, or C, doesn’t really matter HCG 250IU when on test, berberine to control blood glucose, get a glucose monitor, monitor blood pressure, maybe metformin if you get blood glucose under 100 resting, and a bunch of ancillaries and orals not tryna list them all but that’s the main GL, i’m 15 and basically started a lot of this stuff at 14/15, turned 15 a couple days ago i know im missing some stuff but im to lazy to put a lot of effort into this
