Im 16 but developmentally; I'm about ~12 months behind. I wanted to make sure I reach at least 6'0", so I thought I'd go on a cycle of HGH and an aromatase inhibitor; I've read that HGH can potentially cause growth stunting when taken during puberty(I thought this sounded retarded) but im still curious to whether or not its true? RN I'm 5'9" but my dad is 6'2" and was a similar height at the same age as me, I've also got 11.5UK shoe size(I know its not directly propertional but still)

well you arent gonna make to 6'2 like your dad. 6 foot is maybe possible, your bone age being 12 months behind is a very good sign. do 12.5mg aromasin EOD and as much HGH as you can afford, 6iu a day minimum, below that its not worth it because your natural gh/igf1 levels are very high

first check if plates are still open, if you just turned 16 they probably still are but its different for each person. hgh can stunt growth since pinning suppresses the natural production because of negative feedback loop (your body thinks it is producing an excess so it limits production, in simple terms). so, if you stop using it, you will have a harder time growing naturally after. taking an ai will decrease the conversion of testosterone to estrogen which causes growth plates to close... however you should be careful since you need this to develop. If you are 5'9 and your dad is 6'2 (depending on the height of mom) you might just have late growth since a 5 inch difference is usually unlikely, especially since he was your height at your age.

take everything with a grain of salt since your plates could be closed and then you wont grow anymore

wait 5'7 isnt even THAT bad, of course its still short as fuck and you'll get height mogged by pretty much every guy but you can still live a somewhat normal life at this height, just move to the Philippians or some shit and find a nice lady-man to be with
