hgh arrived how should I store it before reconsituting?

I’ve heard I can store it at room temperature before reconstituting but I js wanna know the method which will give me the most efficacy

room temp away from sunlight standard procedure my friend. i would just reconstitute it right now and put in fridge if u plan on using anytime soon
