Bone maturation does not lead to earlier closure. It’s estrogen. And by inhibiting estrogen when HGH does not aromatize is pointless and overall more harmful to you because of possible testosterone effects and puberty disruption (delays)
I’d recommend just HGH on its own because you’re already on such a low dose- work up to 10iu than check bloods, if your estrogen increased than yeah maybe low dose arimidex but still idk if it’s needed- gl
