Im currently on 4iu and making my way up to 8 or 10iu, taking 5mg aromasin eod, taking 2000mg berberine ed, t4 is on its way and so is metformin just incase. Only been taking it for 5 days now ive had some knee clicking when walking, my sleep has definitely improved and noticing some very minor bloating.
