HGH at 16 for height

I’m turning 16 soon and I’m only 160cm, would I get any substantial height growth from taking HGH, or is it not worth it?

You could just be starting puberty late, if you are severely underdeveloped for your age this could be a hormone imbalance/issue. HGH is only effective when your growth plates are still open, but even then it would only provide minimal results.

at 160 its most definitely worth it, every cm matters but make sure to do it right
