HGH Dosage and Timing (pls help)

Hi, gonna start pharma hgh soon, gonna build up to 6 iu. Should I take it all at once at night a few hours before i sleep, or should i split the dose in the morning and at night. ZGonna be using it for heightmaxxing btw. Thank you!
