I am aware that these compounds are released during sleep and tend to release at a certain time shortly after falling asleep (so falling asleep later than your circadian rythm is used to effectively means that your night is wasted in terms of HGH), but lately have been hearing many adages about the importance of sleeping early (hours of sleep before midnight count double, etc) in relation to IGF-1. Question: does sleeping later (AS SET BY CIRCADIAN RYTHM), so if I fall asleep at 12 every day are the compounds still released effectively or not? I am travelling and because of the way my trip is planned I tend to fall asleep around 12 (train gets in at 10, eat dinner, shower, etc).
