HGH makes the bones longer and thicker but simultaneously makes the face longer and usually ruins facial harmony. These 2 guys are twins, first guy got second growth spurt in puberty, he now looks like a total geek facialy.

He also got vision problems from sudden growth (as the body grow, eyeball can lengthen)
