If you want to take them to grow taller, check if your groth plates are open
you might waste your money on HGH if you dont check

My advice is to know what goals you want. if there is a peptide that can make that goal easier, consider it. Before using any peptide or anything related, know everything about it nearly perfectly, and if you aren't willing to do the research you shouldn't ever take it
