Is their a huge diabetes risk?

bro u need to chill im 15 and im also 5 6, just eat a lot of protein, calcium and sleep at least 7 hours a day but with quality sleep. You should be sleeping 10 pm or 11 pm because at midnight ur hgh is being produced the most.

1. Yes, there is a risk for diabetes, GH is a potent anti-insulin hormone that reduces insulin in peripheral tissues. From a mechanical perspective on this question, it inhibits insulin signaling pathways, reduces glucose transporter type 4 translocation, and promotes lipolysis in adipocytes increasing free fatty acid release. Moreover GH stimulates gluconeogenesis and glycogenolysis. Theres more i can keep going on about, but they're irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. It is not really a risk if you are under a certain bf, IIRC around 20%, dont have a history of diabetes from your family, or drink coke and eat sour skittles 24/7 and sleep on couch.

2. I'm not sure, what really matters is your free testosterone. For all you know, you could have 494 ng/dl, and have the free of someone with 1500 ngdl total testosterone. It all depends on that and how you feel generally, but i do recommend something like low dose trt.

3. I am personally on arimidex, from my standpoint, it's the best for me. You get a "best of both worlds" effect. Estradiol is effectively suppressed, but not to a degree where you will have the joints of a geriatric kangaroo. Aromasin suppresses more but i'm not sure about the sides. I've been on 1mg arimidex ED for 2.5 years, 0 sides.

4. Yes, it can happen, but it's up to you if its positive or not. IIRC, GH upregulates DIO2 activity in tissues like the liver, brain and pituitary, which enhances peripheral conversion of relatively inactive T4 into active T3, increasing serum and tissue T3 concentrations. This mechanism increases the biological activity of thyroid hormones without necessarily increasing thyroidal secretion. General side effects can be found using google.

5. what source? it depends greatly. It could be a russian hydrolyzed rat piss. but overall, pretty good if it is from a good source.
