I’m looking to start taking hgh at 15, and wondering prior to really researching, does it come with any risks do I need to take something along side it to balance another hormone I’m assuming like my insulin sensitivity? And is it worth it my physique is very good but I just want to take it for any other possible benefits.

you will need t3 and t4, berberine/metformin, a glucose monitor, and just lower ur sugar consumption, it's no big deal.
