Hgh shaking/ jolts whilst in bed

So I started hgh again like 2 days ago around last night whilst in bed I had this kinds werid feeling when ever I was drifting off to sleep my whole body jolted it happend a few times then it went away and i feel asleep.

idk what this means I searched online and it doesn't say anything should I change my hgh timing to earlier in the day? I would appreciate some help please

tried hgh before and got similar jolts dude, felt like my whole body was getting electrocuted lol. switched it to earlier in day after that and it went away for me. might be worth a shot bruh
