HGH (somatropin) dosage recommendations for hight and bonemass?

I’m 14, 6’1(185.42cm) what dosage of hgh do you guys recommend for hight? I’m thinking 7-10iu a day. I’m seeing things all over the place, from anything under 10 is cope to 4iu is more than enough. Maybe some of you have first hand experience or something

Don't use hgh, the side effects aren't worth it if you are 14 and already 6'1. Diet, sleep and exercise and you'll grow taller even though you don't need to be.

start with 2iu ED increasing with 1iu per week until you are on 6iu ED
run this for 6 months with aromasin and your supplement stack with all your diet, i assume you know the rest 9-10hrs sleep etc.

then take a break for a month then re-run the cycle

Aren't aromatase inhibitors terrible for your brain and sexual health if your still in puberty? and 2iu seems really low.

aromasin on hgh is diabolical, steroidal ai will close his growth plates faster and then he wont even grow, use anastrozole (armidex) instead

gh doesnt even aromatize, why would I need that now? Shouldnt i just hop on NONsteriodal aromatase inhibitors when im like 16-17 just to prevent closure if im below 6'6

high igf1 levels are clinically proven to cause prematurely growth plate fusion, thats why you use an ai to block the main pathway of growth plate closure (estrogen) if you start on 0.5mg of armidex every 3 days you should be good. Then after 2 weeks or so try going for eod
