A ton of these threads dont make sense.
going through a bunch of threads thinking about hoping on hgh and an AI ive seen so much confusion on hgh and the dosage, one kid (16-17 https://looksmax.org/threads/4-5mon...rozole-transformation-16-17-year-old.2112140/)
reports on his growth for 4.5 months he talks about his reports on growth and his dosage hes ~60kg and is ONLY taking 6.5 IU everyday, im also around 60kg but using another threads guide/research (https://looksmax.org/threads/ultimate-hgh-guide-gtfih.2283457/) they recommend 0.076mg/kg/day which if was true would mean that the first dudes thread should have been on ~12.5 IU everyday but he did HALF of that and still got a good amount of growth he also shows an example cycle

I suggest starting at around 3IUs and slowly titrating up 1-2IUs every 2-5 days depending on how well you tolerate the GH
If the side effects get bad because you're titrating up too fast, calm down and start titrating slowly. You shouldnt potentially harm yourself just because you're impatient.
Example:
Days 1-3: 3IU
Days 3-5: 4IU
Days 5-7: 6IU
Days 7-8: 8IU
Days 8-10: 9IU
Days 10-11:10IU
Days 11-12: 12IU
Days 12-13: 14IU
Days 13-End of cycle : 15IU"
it all doesnt seem right the research is wack, what would be a realistic amount of IU per day for a 60 kg person and for how long would you recommend being on it for. I also looked at so many sources theres one really good one "growth guys" which has a really good price on 420 IU of hgh for 400 CAD in usd is about 290 USD but sadly they dont ship to the US do you guys know any other sources that have a good amount of IU for a realistic price?
