25iu a week is wayy to much lol I personally stick to around 2iu's daily on bulking cycles highest was 6iu's make sure your fasted for an hour after and before taking it and do 30 min of cardio right after your injection this is so you dont get diabetes but still make sure to get a blood glucose monitor I noticed about a half inch of growth but im alr 6'3 so I dont use hgh for heightmaxxing
