Ive been using 4iu of hgh for a bit more than a week now and this is what im socumenting

Pros:
Better sleep, im way more refresed in the morning

My muscles are more toned ( they feel way harder all the time) and ive burned a little fat i think (like 0.2kg maybe)


Cons:
My resting bloodsugar is at 104 due to me cutting out berberine to not surpress mtor

Itch skin due to prior skin disease, went away after day 5 tho

i am tracking height currently, im on 4iu until this week then im upping to 6, im still watching my blood glucose as they are quite elevated

metformin raises ampk which will result in less growth, current height 172.4 and goal >176 (my brother is 179)
