Pinning only at night and making sure you don’t eat any carbs 2-4 hours before hand , the longer the better

2) I eat tons of protein every single meal i have
3)I dont eat 2 hours before and 30 mins after injection

i took mk67 20mgs barely any carbs and sugar and still got blood sugar increase from 78 to 94 hgh is stronger so logically it will elevate them even higher

i took mk67 20mgs barely any carbs and sugar and still got blood sugar increase from 78 to 94 hgh is stronger so logically it will elevate them even higher
