Also, even if you did have acromegaly, it would take years to kick in

Honestly an underrated stack is to just run ai's (exemestane preferably) and that's it, I don't see the hype around gh. If you're prolonging plate fusion with ai's and keeping estradiol at 11-19pg then plates wont fuse so you can still grow natty it'll just take a little longer but just sleep 8 hours eat a lot of protein and do some exercise (about 30% of your gh can be released through exercise) then you'll still have a fast growth rate. Maybe run some levothyroxine after doing thyroid labs, get tsh and t4 checked. this also isn't me saying hgh doesn't work you just don't need to spend all the money to speed up growthh rate when u can run levo + ai's and get the same effect.
