get an xray of your leg or wrist to see if your growth plates have closed, which they most likely have, i would advise you to take 2 iu’s for the health benefits, don’t expect to gain height

Only HGH alone will not do much and if your growth plates are closed its already too late

6ft is already a good height, just fraud with shoes and insoles if you want that extra height, for facial bones i’m not particularly sure.

HGH after puberty will do nothing to your height but idk how it will affect your face

People hype over "bone growth" but if your cranio bones are fully fused (99% they are) they are going to grow outwards but not necasarily change the angularity like people expect.
Take that one shiity photo of larry wheels for example.
And for height even if your growth plates are open at 18 you cant expect anything drastic.
