ngl it gets tempting everyday to
ive made great progress so far being natty
abs are now showing more than ever and I'm not even at my all time leanness

ig i am taking stenabolic but that's still natty imo

the sides make me a bit nervous plus i wanna moneymaxx for my apartment since i move out august and roids are expensive

well as long as you got the consistency and are training and eating correctly with meal prep then you should be good go on a permabulk then take steroids when you cut that might work

im already cutting right now
i got up to 225
currently down to 218
ofc mostly water was lost but my top abs are really showing already for being at 19% bodyfat
