Hi guys I have had asthma since birth I’m now 17, I’m getting impatient is there anything I can take to rid it?

Right now my asthma is stable but it kills me to see my parents pay so much for medicine that keeps it stable. I’m currently taking singular 10mg one tablet per night. If anyone knows anything that can help me more that’d be great.

in greece everything i took for my asthma was free. i was struggling at early teens but now at 18 i barely get asthma every 6 months

idk about the asthma part but you should take your posture seriously. my grandfather has copd and it's given him severe kyphosis. it makes him 5'9 when he's really 6ft+. it also really rounds out his shoulders but doesn't matter for him with his 23" bidelt
