Hiding Aqualyx Swelling

So i just did another Session of Aqua a couple hours ago and ive got a brunch tomorrow with family friends how do i hide the swelling as much as possible (my close family knows im swollen i just said its from supplements but the rest doesnt)

Try using ice cubes to reduce the inflammation but don't expect to look 100% like before, you are still going to have a small swelling.
