Hey org, Vrilltrum here.
I’m looking for a added sugar free snack of some sort like a fruit, or nut, or something of the sort that lacks soy or added sugars that is basically just plain calories.
I struggle often with over shooting my protein goal and under shooting my calorie goal so if there was a food I could eat that’s literally straight calories it would HELP.
Let me know org?




Also if someone saw this post already it’s cuz I posted it in the fitness category which no one replies to ever so that’s why..
