No I’m not going to be using any science for this post this is solely a theory I’ve had in the back of my mind for a while now.

Now I want to kind of solidify my theory simply through personal experiences and people I know. I’m currently 6’4-6’5, 20, and still kind of a fatass, but my peak growth was really around 10-13 through middle school when I was pretty physically active outside of school and used to eat whatever I wanted back then and probably had a constant of about 2500+ calorie intake daily or maybe even more, after middle school in my first year of highschool I went on a big ass cut and lost hella weight and eventually started my Gymcel journey in like 2020-2022, after starting the gym my frame noticeably got way bigger in a year not just from lifting but clavicle width and all, then I started to really become a fatass during 2022-2023 eating crazy amounts of cals and not giving a fuck on the quality since I worked at chick-fil-a. After 2020-2024 Is when I became taller than a majority of the people I went to school with and most adults, and now well I’m like 2+ inches taller.

So overall I’d say that not only a calorie surplus is important but being a gymcel is also magic.
