I have some important news, and I'd really like to know what advice you'd give me or what you think about it. My diet is meat-heavy. I eat eggs, meat, and organ meats throughout the day. I also eat dairy and sometimes fruit. I recently had a basic blood test, and the results showed that my total cholesterol is high.

Man, it's not that I don't know—you know that—it's just that you don't eat ultra-processed foods like you used to. 🥲

yeah meat contains alot of fat which will get converted to cholesterol nothing suprising there. This cholesterol gets converted into test and other hormones, so meat isnt that bad. However for you focus on eating more fruits, it is good for your gut health aswell.

How hard is it for you to follow a simple balanced diet and throw these fad diets into the trash?

Did you get an advanced lipid panel? How much did your LDL raise on this diet?

Well, I had a complete blood workup done at the clinic, and according to the results, everything else was normal; the only thing that was high was my cholesterol. So, other than that, everything was fine.
 
take fish oil capsules everyday, it will help abit.

do tons of cardio.

if eating high meat, make sure it is high quality, not factory farmed goy fed animals

When you say "take fish oil capsules," do you mean omega-3 itself, or exactly what you told me?

I'm not sure if I should eat them because they give me gas and make me feel sick. When I stopped eating them, things started to go well for me.
have u tried vegetables or vegetable JUICE

Unless you are prepubescent it is fine, your diet is super high quality and high cholesterol is not something to worry about as dietary cholesterol is ok unlike what the doc may say
