In undeveloped and poor countries justice is only reserved for those who can afford it. These two caaes and the ones before that were recklessly dismissed by the supreme court prior this year are clear cases of corruption and the elite's influence on the Indian judiciary. It's not uncommon in third world countries. Even in first would these things happen like @xegigi commemt3d. The Watergate scandal,Trump’s Second Impeachment or Iran Contra affair are examples of this but unlike in the third world they happen very discretly and away from thr public eyes.
