high cut lefort 1 + bsso or other surgeries?

Hi guys, I saw a maxilofacial surgeon and he told me that my problem was my maxilla was recessed he offered me the solution to get a bimax , however I need to wear braces , which might take a while, my chin is not too recessed , what if I get a genio, fat grafts in my Midface that is very flat and a rhino, how close will it be to a bimax ?

I am 24, I have done a lot of things to ascend already in terms of softmaxes but I don't want to wait till 26 till I can get a bimax I will verify with the surgeon. when can I potentially get it maybe , it is way sooner but I doubt. also since I have to wait next year I will be on rotation in medical school at the hospital I won't be able to skip for a while to recover. the surgeon told me I was in the gray zone he told me the other option is good but not as good so idk.....

I would wait 2 years ngl, or just really let him know how your side effects which im assuming is e.g sleep apnea is effecting your daily life so it can be done sooner if its possible

but isn't the wait because the fact I need to wear braces so the surgery can be successful and give me good results ? my bite is class 1 the surgeon told me this doesn't mean anything if maxilla is behind anyways I will see a very good plastic surgeon soon he will also give me his input

nothing , I just meant isn't it a long wait so they fix my teeth otherwise the surgery won't be successful , he told me to wear braces and see him again for the surgery I guess I need to ask him how long should I wear them. but my question is I realised for people that are like me not too recessed their front does not improve so much just the side and they still look flat from the front he told me I won't be flat from the front anymore but I don't know is a high cut lefort 1 good enough ?
